having problems

turned my box on last nite and it just goes through a loop can someone tell me what to do please it just hangs on preparing for first run please wait

A good starter would be what box is it.

not sure its an android box that says M8 on top

Poss solution
can you check and see how much memory you have, go to setting then more and then more setting. Now go storage, here it will show you how much memory you have. If its full delete something, also clear cache while yourt here.
Now go back, reboot and see if its ok now.

Sometimes if you don't close down your android box properly, there is a chance that this will happen.

The way to resolve it is by clearing your data in settings and starting fresh
