if its contract, the o2 sim should work in it

I think you will need to ring Vodafone hopefully they will unlock it for free, but there may be a small charge.

it on contract with vodafone i got phone of my mate but i want to use it with my o2 sim

i had one on EE and when i contacted them the sent me a code that allowed me to unlock the phone to all networks think they charged me £25 though.
