unkown contact gmail

I had an unknown contact today in gmail on the chat side of things on my phone. When i went to delete it it said it was installing something. I have turned my phone of logged in on a pc and block the offending thing(oie5mmmft6). I have changed passwords and done a hardware factory reset on me phone. Finding a contact point for gmail has been an nightmare they seem to have the view of try our help suggestions/forum. Just thought I'd warn people.

Well just an update, I have logged a "support " message in the gmail forum. So far I feel like I'm being patronised and almost being called a liar. The chap who is supposed to be helping is using quotes round some of the terms, as if to say contacts don't just appear and I quote " there must be something you're not telling me". Once this is sorted I am no longer going to use gmail and google.
