MK808 Flashing?

Just got myself 1 of these mk808 android sticks and wanted to flash it but when connected to the PC its not being recognized even through Device Manager nothing is being found? Any help at all would be appreciated also what else is there that can be done with these apart from XBMC (NaviX, Icefilms etc)

BTW I have tried pressing the reset button before putting the USB in PC but still no success

I have one of these,dont even bother with the wireless,the signal drops up and down more times than a pro's knickers
