amiko sthd 8820 channel list

Hi, I have 2 of these boxes and set up the channel list on one of them. Took a while so would like to copy it to the 2nd one.
I have made a backup file to the USB and can't load it on the 2nd box.
Message on 2nd box 'download failed' when upgrading by USB.

Any ideas?
