I have been using this threadto try and identify the issue.

I am trying to use ABM for the Amiko Alien, when doing so I am getting the tuner timeout error.

I can confirm the feeds etc are fine as I can run the same plugin without issue on my VU+ Duo

Both sat feeds are set to Simple 28.2e
I can lock onto the transponder using both tuners.
I have run a full scan of both sat (28.2e and cable prior to running ABM)
I have tried two different images - OpenATV and VIXforE2 (which I appreciate is not provided by the OpenVIX team, but was merely for testing purposes).

I have attached a copy of the debug log for the section I assume is relevant to ABM rather than the complete log, I can upload the full log if this would be beneficialView attachment log snippet.txt?

Also screenshots confirming lock onto transponders for both tuners.

You need to confirm that your system can lock onto the transponder ABM uses for Sky 28.2.

Thanks Abu, appreciate the reply.

Looks like that's the problem, when switching between tuner A and B I did see the tick box next to lock have the tick in for a few seconds but no reading of SNR or AGC as in your image.

I can scan and get all channels though and the same feeds work without issue in my Duo 2 receiver. Is this a sign of the tuners in the Alien being faulty/damaged?

I guess there is nothing I can do to get this working then?

Maybe LNB faulty or cabling/connection issue.

If it is a sky quad LNB, some, not all, have problems with two receivers connected to it. try switching off teh other receiver at the mains and then trying this one. If that does not work, take this one to the working cable and try there.
