just picked one of these up stuck on boot so i am looking for a image to flash it but not sure what image to use

Personally would go with OpenATV which you can get the latest from their nightly downloads page but there are others - Just a word to the wise, they made a satellite (DVB-S/S2) and cable (DVB-C) version of these receivers but from what I remember you couldn't use one firmware for both, it had to be the right one for the right type of tuner - Sorry don't remember if this was just down to driver or if there was something more but just make sure you get the right one for your tuner type to be on the safe side.

Just install the OpenATV softcam feed for mips (it's a mips processor in these) and then you'll have softcams available.

hi found a vix image that went in ok so put line in happy days all work not bad for a £10 plus the line thanks all

hi did you get the filmware you needed for that box. ive got the same problem with my box can you forward what you put in please. many thanks.
