nbox 5800sx Help

Hi...
I'm new to all this and I'm running into trouble when trying to use my Rat's channel updater as it's returning me with an unzipping error both with this program and the picon updater.The box is running Enigma 2.I appear to be losing channels on almost a daily basis now,i have downloaded both the latest .rar files from this here site but to be honest i have no idea where to place them when using ftp......
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Not quite sure where to post this and scoured the forum but can't find anything related.
I have a nbox 5800sx, running Hv4 via usb, I have everything how I want it....the only thing is the box seems quite slow when channel zapping (3 or 4 seconds) and every couple of days this increases to 5-10 seconds so I have to reboot box to speed things up.

Is there any way to speed up the channel zapping?

I have installed a plugin called ClearMem and set it to clear the memory every 10 mins but the zapping still seems very slow.

i buy today a Nbox HDTV 5800S (nc+), i have a clines from cccam, but i don't now where to put the lines, and if this box accept cccam or other lines

I already have the satelite configuration, and i just can see the free channels of Hispasat.
