tv the tv is stuck and neither respond would anyone know how to resolve this

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem as you have. I will reply to you when I solve it but if you solve it first, please let me know how you did it.

Regards

Found this on another site about trying the reset button.

cocktail stick method may work . with the power cable removed from the box insert the stick into the AV socket at the rear of the box , that may sound strange but there is a little button in there . so what you do is remove the power cable from the box , insert the cocktail stick in the AV socket and press the button and keep pressing it , at the same time re insert the power cable , keep pressing that button all the time fro 10 to 15 seconds while watching your tv screen . then all being well a hidden menu should appear onscreen , then you can stop pressing the button .

there should be a reset option onscreen that you can select , that should reset the box and may cure the problem . the remote may or may not work for this , if so you could use a regular usb mouse from a computer and just insert it in the box . if reset doesnt cure the problem then your options are to send the box back to the supplier or to change the firmware yourself from the above hidden menu , however you will need the correct firmware version for your box .

If that doesn't work, it probably a brick.

It didn't help. Now when I connect TV box , TV goes into infinite loop on and off until HDMI cable is plugged off from TV .

Open it up find out board version is it a s805 s905 etc then search for firm ware on china gadgets try search for USB tool to make sure ya find correct firmware and do ya home work on USB tool etc ,so you can't even get recovery page sounds like a brick to me have you a picture

you can get the mxq for like 20 quid now coz it doesn't support kodi 17.
get the mxq pro with the 905 chip that does

Was messing with a mxq pro yesterday with 905 chip it was a bag of shite. With these devices I don't think it's the components it's the shite firmware and lack of support but you get what you pay for I suppose.

yes its all the crap they come with you end up taking most of it off
