Quick question, for the 3pm premier matches you need an active login (email/ password), doed anyone know the rules on this, eg can 2 people be logged in with 2 different devices at 2 different addresses (IP's) with the same login details?

Cheers,

Dar :)

What it is, a mate gave me a login to test for him, becasue his connection cuts out every 2 minutes, which got me wondering, if i can use it myself at the same time he will be using it. Surely they must have some limits in place to prevent too many logins.

I don't want to compromise his login. :)

I used erm...somebody else's login all of last season and never had a problem

This is odd. As there were no live events on for me to test, i tried watching a replay (which requires a login) anyway, it worked fine. So yesterday i tried to test a live event, and it errors "Please verify that your username and password is correct"?? so i try to watch a replay again and that now errors "Authorisation failed"??
The VPN is on and working, as the free live golf works ok.
I emailed my mate thinking i've ruined his login, and he tells me that it's still working for him??
What i'm thinking it could be, is my VPN. Everytime i login, i think it chucks me a different IP, and what i notaced is, when i go back to check the IP it's changed to some weird one. eg it changes from 184.154.42.82 to 10.8.0.18/30 or 69.64.56.159 to 10.69.0.118/30

Maybe his VPN keeps the same IP? and maybe NBC pairs up this with his devices MAC?

On my PC I had to Adjust date/time > Central Time US/Canada (-6) and then change VPN server (VyprVPN) to an east coast server in the time zone such as New York. If I didn't then I couldn't see live events. Also would've used different IPs.

Can't remember if it was NBC or not but one site I had tweak the VPN protocol as well to hide properky

I'm using an Android M8. Strange though, as it worked fine the first time i tried, but now it doesn't. Haven't really changed anything myself and it still logs in for my mate? :) (the only difference is the VPN's)
I'll have another play around.

The login is working again for me (on the replays anyway) see what happens at 03:00pm??? lol

Been trying the Everton Chelsea game, but it kicks me off after a few seconds. Tried to match up the timezones but no joy? (live golf works fine lol)
@VectorZ what VPN tweaking did you do? :)

I can't remember now as I've reinstalled Win 10 and using PremierLeaguePass (New Zealand) this season, but it would have been one of the following protocols:

PPTP, L2TP/IPsec, OpenVPN, Chamelon (their own 256-bit tweak)
