I feel like I'm being stalked here I didn't download anything yesterday so whats your problem I thought this was meant to be a site that offers advice I see from the amount of posts you have done you feel you've got the right to impress your opinion on others
I'm no tec and don't have a clue so that's why ive asked the question so someone better informed can guide me in the right direction
if admin would like to contact me before removing any posts Ive made explaining what Ive done wrong fine but I realy don't find your comment useful in anyway

@chickendave I personally would go for an Epson printer there is plenty of cheap ink available for these printers too. Good luck. ;)

You might to have a look at a '3-in-1' (printer, scanner, copier) type machine. I love my Canon Pixma...

personally i would go with a wireless 3 in 1 printer, you can put it in a cupboard out of the way, wouldn't buy an expensive one as ink is costly, just buy a cheapo then throw it away and buy another, that's what i do anyway.

for b&w this is a great buy, Ricoh 213w Wireless Laser Printer for under £30 at amazon

I#ll bump this thread,
Mine died yesterday and I've the ink covered hands to prove it. I don't need anything flash, scans and prints Docs that's about it.
Whats your thoughts on the HP 3630 + 3632 ?, Tesco and Argos got them in for around £30 + I've already got a full ink refill kit needles and ink.
I know you get what you pay for but we hardly use the thing but at the same time we still need one.

I ended up with a HP 3637 from Argos for £30. Took about 20 minutes set up , had one hitch were the scanner wouldn't work so I used HP's Repair Doctor app and it works fine.
If your only after Docs then for £30 you cant go wrong , even if you only get 12 month out of it

Can't go wrong with Epsom mate . I never use any other type . Epson WorkForce WF-3620DWF Colour Ink-jet - Fax / copier / printer / scanner. That's the one I have mate couldn't ask for anything better

Aren't Epson printers generally frowned upon because of their sketchy history with ink cartridges?

I remember reading not long ago that most of their cartridges register as out of ink when there is still 10% or so ink left in the container. I may be thinking of the large format printers, however.

the only way you get that is you try and use original and compates at same time
use compates from start re sell your original claim back some money up paid on printer jobs a good on

buy an older brother printer. Compatible cartdriges are VERY cheap and the ink level is optical
