anyone with an xbox one having problems loading games?

just brought my son an xbox one, and we got a disc error, spoke to microsoft who said take it back, which we did but they had to order one in which came the next day.

my son been gagging to play his xbox, so get the new one home and we have the same issue, two different games same error,

spoke to microsoft again only to be told its a server issue and should be resolved soon, have i just been fobbed off? or is anyone else having issues?

looks like i've answered my own questioned!

just been told by tec support to send it back again, as some of the xboxs are not taking the new update

I just turned mine on done the update and its playing fine no problens at all
