Put original firmware back before sending xbox back for repair

I have just got the 3ROD on my xbox 360! I had removed the microsoft seal intact when I flashed the firmware. Do you reckon I need to open up the case again and put the original firmware back before |I send it back for repair? Or is it ok to send back as it is?

yeah chief i put mine back to original when sending back. had no sticker either was all ok!

I would say best to, but I do know of people who sent back still flashed and theirs got done no problems!

i sent mine back with a different dvd drive with other firmware on it
waited two weeks got it back and it still played back ups.
so i think it would be up to the individual.
