AJT did you here anything about the images for this box any rumors, as i have me mates box here at the moment ,and i was talking to wendy today she sent me a link to vu-hd said i could flash image from here but link was for the main page but no section ,she said BH 2.1.1 i can use but there,s no bh 2.1.1 vu solo2se there ,but there x solo min2 and vu solo2 there so i ,am bit lost on this one any feedback would be helpful,regards dubliner
She said it was for writing bootloader to the flash chip vusolo2se only , i,ve tryed to contact her a few times yesterday asking for more info and were,s the files need i,m still waiting on her reply ,on what the hell we can do with this file will post back soon as i here from her ,as i,m confused myself like yourself howto run this program ,redards dubliner
I dont have a clue mate..since VU started putting out the clone bombs i got rid of my boxes.
All clone solo2 images on the vu-hd site should be good on a solo2 mini se
No lads still waiting on file,s before we can flash any image as they still hav,nt released recovery method and howto back up the flash chip and she said they have to wait on lonrisun for software as they have no control over this :handball:
dont see anything new, just seems like they wanna fill the se section, its looks same as solo2 one they added before, why not they do one of the latest build on vix apollo ? , im waiting for them to release the recovery files,

if it so it means the all solo2 files on their download section is compatible & flashable for solo2 SE , as ATJ said i b4 in another thread that he beleives that solo2 images can be flashed & used with SE , so whta do u guys think about this matter is it right or not?
Hi, there is no difference between the images for both ,
the SE version has a esata port, and abilty to able to recover it if timebombed via using the com port, but we are still waiting for the files, as stated in the PDF guide
also the SE has a bigger heatsink, but lower quality fan, then the first model solo2mini , you have to adjust speed all the way down for it to be bearable

ok , i need to know also if there is a risk if we flash original se images will it brick the box , coz in chinease supplier they say it can use original images , is this is right & if not , shall only stick to blackhole image 2.1.0 comed from manufacture in the box? or i can use solo2 safe image from vu-hd to flash solo2 SE

use safe images from here and do not run software update

Afternoon lads can confirm that openvix vu solo2se image on the vu-HD site is safe to use , i,ve flashed this on me my mates box and there,s no problem,s at all openvix feeds are working , fankoosh this is a good image to use everthing seems stable and everything you need can be downloaded in the plugin section ,and when your flashing the image put the usb in the back of the box and when powering up you need to press the power button 1&2 times like you would on the solo2 and leave for about 7mins then power off the box remove usb switch back and go through setup as normal regards dubliner
lombard was going to use Apollo 24 and do the driver swap but with no recovrey files yet did,nt want to risk it as this is me mates box and he was in a hurry coming home from work so he,s happy with what he,s got. regards dubliner

Nice one..been telling others to use images from vu clone site glad you took the plunge and all is good...

hey guys just got myself a vu solo2 se and wanted to know can i flash an openvix clone safe image straight from blackhole 2.1.1 or would i have to use a bootloader?

This image was originally uploaded for Sunray clones but it looks like Solo2 SE will also work.
You do not need to do anything except a usb flash directly to openvix.
I have just had confirmation from another forum member that the Solo2 SE works on my upload here which is OpenVix build 125 with latest patched drivers.
