Newest Sunray Vu+ Solo2 Receiver with USB-V2.0 Encryption System

The main feature of Sunray Vu+ Solo2 Receiver is the box come with USB-V2.0 Encryption System, it's let the Sunray Vu+ Solo2 support Original BlackHole2.0.9.1 IMG, also other newest Vu+ Solo2 software. But the box must matching with USB-V2.0 chip to use.

- 1. Each Sunray Vu+ Solo2 come with a independent MAC address, and multiple boxes can use at the same time in same LAN
- 2. Add a SERVICE interface, which used to upgrade the encryption chip directly through the USB port(The newest Sunray SOLO2 only)

Some diffrnces in motherboard like fan on CPU and other hardware connections...But the importants is the support thats going to make the difference..The Sim2 guys are realy master!

I might sell my solo 2 on ebay then. And buy the sim2 version.. We will see!

Sunray sounds good.
But until someone has we won't know..
HAve to see what software is provided to recover from full brick.
Or if the usb is simply a convertor for the com port
Or if it is really jtag connection over usb...

There's a USB Sunray on ebay... Where sells them? I can get one for £165 on ebay uk (Paypal 10% off on electronics).

I saw that yesterday, from a seller beginning with "z" he was also selling a "faulty" solo2.

Yes saw same guy
selling faulty solo 2
But then he had been selling service to fix solo 2 ...
So not sure what state that faulty solo2 would have been in.

I think somebody here might have purchased that box and if the guy was offering a service to change chips which I think was £50 + £14 P+P if he couldn't revive the box then who is going to be able to fix that box? I got suspicious when there was no picture of the main board and the top of the front fascia had a huge crack on it which the auction didn't even mention.

That eBay seller... The way he's stook his name over the image is a joke, lol. The guys dropshipping them from China no doubt. Also... (Dunno if it's been posted but here's the back of the box)



Also, you can get this for under £150 delivered with DHL 3-7 working days, paying with Paypal too.

I think it is from china because the estimated delivery time is between 6th June - 16th June from today (25th June) so about 2 weeks. It's going for £183.20 (inc p&p) now.

all the clones are from china even the online shops are registered in EU

Thank u @AJT,now weh have a couple of members whom got theire unit now and playing with it for a time,maybe they can tell us more about it,what i want to now is:

*.How realiable is the software?
*.What if u install the wrong image or a image filled with a TB,how does the "service port" repair works?
*.Is the remote a shitty thing like we did get or are they better in quality?

Please Sunray owners tell us ure experinces;-)

They are manufactured in china but you can buy from UK or EU sellers who have brought in bulk..you will just pay more for the privilege of it..
This chap in these posts is drop shipping from china..he gets a small cut of each box ordered.A big risky thing to do as if there are any problems they will come running to him and not china but he will most likely disappear anyway..as he has no feedback and i certainly would not buy anything off fleabay from a newbie seller drop shipping from china....you will most likely get a tracking number of an empty envelope or something so it looks like box has been sent and you get to sign for a plastic container or the like...steer well clear.

I think the better remote is going to be a later release

Hasnt fleabay got some policy about these newbies?I mean,if u pay and this guy dissapears,are you realy losing ure money?
