Your item, posted on 25/04/14 with reference RJ*********GB has arrived in BEIJING CHINA and is being processed for delivery. thats what came up when I checked tracking, I also checked it yesterday (about this time) and it stated the same, just wondering what it means and when it will be deliverd

Means it's arrived in China and probably awaiting customs clearance before being passed onto postal provider for delivery

Probably not until Tuesday or later, China has May Day public holidays.

Normal china post can take up to about 45 days.

Generally arrives within 2 weeks, but can take up to 45 days.

Has a huge chance of getting lost in post as well.

Thanks for letting me know, was afraid of that. Do you know anywhere I can get a chip any quicker using a reliable post method?

Depends when and how they return it really. If they only send out stuff for delivery once or twice a week as the larger companies tend to do then you've got a wait there and unless you've paid extra no doubt they'll use the cheapest postage to send out which could be another 2+ weeks delay?

i realy cant understand that a hightech country like China has a middleaged sh...tty postservice,for f..uks sake,if you would walk from China you would be faster then the mail...

Hi casuk

I had the same problem sent that board back over three weeks ago. Tracked it and got the delivery attempted message, contacted ruby and was told that the post office hadn't left a message that the delivery had been attempted however Ruby promised to get in contact with the post office. Good to her word she did and the package was delivered on the 6th. Still waiting for word when it will be repaired and returned.

Fingers crossed that its sooner rather than later.

That what a took from it and then however long to send back, I'm hoping to have it back in 2-3 weeks I won't hold my breath tho

Hassle her to see if your board can jump the queue or maybe ask her to send you back another repaired board now that they have your board in their hands.
