VU+ Solo Tuner problem

I received a vu solo ferrari 3.2 from my usual china supplier. Set these boxes up many a time so know I have an issue. Upon setup I was unable to get any channels, I always do an automatic scan prior to installing auto bouquets

just a basic fixed 28.2e sky dish, cables all ok as my other sky boxes work fine..

now this could be a faulty tuner which means a new mainboard but I'm wondering if anything can be done. I was thinking satellite XML file but then if I have reflashed several images would that not have updated/changed the sat file...

Do you get any signal strength in satfinder

None whatsoever, even did manual scan on bbc and nothing. Did 3.2 security update and flashed boot loader, tried all sorts of images...no avail.

This Is my first time getting a bad solo,

Try and redo the cable connections, mine was fine for ages tryed a sky box still fine then reconected my vu and just came up check tuner config tryed everything untill i redone the cables conectors and it worked again
