Green then Yellow

I have inserted the CCam 2.3.0 into the tmp folder and was instructed to press the Grren then yellow to do a manual install

As soon as I press the Green button it brings up the Timer Overview

So cannot install the cam

Help please

Vix install local extension has nothing in the box to install

U need to ftp the ipk to temp then, blue, vix, install or look in feeds, menu, plugins, green, softcams

if your using vix it as softcams in plugin feeds

I might install Vix again as I don't have softcams in plugin feeds

I've had a lot of advice with good meaningful intentions but nothing is working and nothing is operating the same as supposedly its meant to.

Should I reinstall Blackhole then Vix again

Your thread title should really have been "install local extension". Shortcut buttons are image dependent. Green then yellow is for BlackHole images if I remember correctly. For Vix images , it is blue button, Vix, install local extension. For Pli imahges you have to go into software management.

Reading between the lines, you have a Vix image, but you have not said what version of Vix image you are on. The feeds for lower than apollo 32 are no longer available. That may expalin why you cannot install through the plugin menu.

You have also not said what exact cam package you have transferred to /tmp/. Transferring a Blackhole package onto a Vix image won't work.

reinstall blackhole, then install the cccam .ipk ,....green then yellow button...install ipk package...reboot box...ftp to var/etc you will see cccam.cfg file....edit that with your sealion.....save....exit from ftp program....reboot box....blue button....see at top..it will say active cam....navigate left or right...select cccam 2.3.0.....wait...goto premium channel...hey presto shud be working...

cant help you with vix image....i prefer bh images..lol :silly:

Whatever image you try, make sure you install the appropriate cam. They are all appropriately named/filed

What does the word feeds refer to
For example I was given this advice earlier if your using vix it as softcams in plugin feeds
I don't have softcams in plugins but what is the feeds refering to?

You can download from the server that the image team has. (That is the default, but can be changed)

Menu > Plugin > Green for download > Select what you want to download

(Note: The Vix plugin feeds for images lower than Apollo 32 are no longer available)
