VU+ Duo Latest Images for VU+ Duo Clone

Just after some advice please guys.
I've finally got around to Jtagging my old Duo Clone and got it booting at last.

First question is I'm using CFE2 ...with CFE3 is it simply a case of flashing it or do you need an actual chip that is CFE3?
I'm fairly confident that its just a case of flashing it but best being safe than sorry.

Next question is what are the lastest clone images for the Duo now?

Not kept up to date with the Duo since it died and been using a Solo2 clone.
