VU+ Duo Advice please

Hi All
Just got a Vu+ Duo with Blackhole 2.0.9.1, basically all set up at the moment, but I'm not liking the current EPG, I like the look of the cool EPG, can this be easily downloaded and installed from the add ons menu?

you can download cool epg blackhole add ons press green yellow

Do you think this is a good choice?, I would appreciate your opinion mate because I'm not sure what else there is out there.

You need to try it for yourself..what i like dont mean you will..it is the most popular out there and best available.

I find the bh image a bit naff for epgs too compared to my last (ancient enigma) which showed a button next to recordings to say whether they were unwatched, part viewed or viewed. Does the cool epg thing have same sort if thing?


Image is BH 2.09 on vu+duo with 500gig hdd and 80cm moveable dish parked at 28.2

vix is the best for epg !
 
right, I've put the cool EPG on, and installer the rats bouguet auto updater plugin, next I'm looking for a good looking skin, what do you folks recommend?

what image are you running.???.look in downloads section here there are a few there.. and also in your plugins menu/skins its up to you download and install a bunch and see what one you like..
there are so many..i use frankinsky skin by fraggle and also matrixHD
 
downloaded the MX Red diamond skin from the addons menu clicked ok on yes when it asks if I want to install the addon, message comes up saying that the addon succesfully installed, restarted the receiver but it looks no different, is there something else i need to do?
