Just come across these pics of the forthcoming ultimo on another forum. Thought some peeps might like a look
 
looks nice, any specs on this, whats gunna be the difference to the vu+ duo, is this gunna have 4 tuners!

i see there's an rf modulator fiited now , it's a real shame the vu+ duo hadnt one fitted !
 
599 Notes...lol...They can keep it...you can get a DM8000 Clone for 150 quid less than that.

The CPU in the ultimo is dual core 400mhz jobby

theres nothing the matter with the vu+ duo, why would anyone wanna spend that much when you could have 2 vu+ duo's for that!
 
just seen the price looks nice but £600 fooookin helll
ive bought cars that've cost less
 
well ,hardware part just amazing , think i might get one just for the crack :)
 
Lol dont get carried away with hardware specs, thats why everyone moaning about TM800HD lol
 
Just checked prices on DM8000 HD clones, out of interest and they work out at around £ 369 delivered direct from China...for a quad tuner capable reciever..

Looks a lot better values than £ 599.. Although I dont know if DM 8000 clones are any good...never looked into them much, if theyre as good as the 800 clones are now...looks like a good deal.

I was thinking the same way. Only one way to find out. Gonna have a shout in the DB forum
 
Does anyone know when this is out? Also will there be images made for this one like the Duo? I was told this is a replacement for the Duo is that right?
 
cos of the difference in price (50% more) i cant see this being a replacement for the duo, probably an additional model to the range
