After trailing the internet i have found away to download the upgrade firmware by only having one LNB connected, i hope this helps
Turn the box on with the single feed connected to LNB 1, then when it says there's an update swap it over to LNB 2 and select ok, the box will reset and download the firmware upgrade. when it has finished let in boot back up and it will display no feed or bad signal. swap the cable from LNB 2 back to LNB 1
