Wii backups give error message after softmod

OK. So I softmodded my wii following THIS guide with a view to running backups from USB.

All seems to have gone well, I have the backup channel and USB loader GX channel but, USB loader says no games found - was using Wii bankup manager to trasfer the files, presumed I had a non compatible USB drive (Verbatim 2.5 120GB) so tried burning a disk at 4x and 2.4x and both show up on the channel screen and when I select them to play I get a black screen saying error, press eject, power off and contact retailer.

The original versions play fine, just the backups giving me grief.

Any advice would be useful.

Have you run darkcorp so you can play copied games from the original disk channel?
If not you can down load it from HERE.

Run this and see if this will allow you to play the games from DVD
