Watching UK TV on my PC - Help?

I'd like some help with setting up my PC so I can watch TV on my PC. I have a graphics card that can handle it, memory and a decent processor. If the answer to my question is already anwsered else where on the site please let me know.

Right the only thing mising Gambit is a tv card you can get them from pc world for about £28 unless you have any computer fairs around your way m8 Gazer.
