Upgrade Modded Wii from 3.2E

Hi guys,
I modded my Wii about 14 months ago using the Twilight Hack.
I installed The Homebrew Channel and Backup Launcher 0.3 gamma .
I also installed Starfall and Cios249 Waininkoko Rev07.
Lately I have been getting the 002 error on newer games so I think I need to update my software and wads.
I've had a read through the forum but there seem to be lots of different ways to softmod.
What would be the best option for me to update my wii ?

Thanks,I guess I could upgrade to 4.2
Would it be easier to stick on 3.2 and install Neogamma as the loader or is that not feasible ?
I have Cios 240 Rev 7 already installed and that seems to be a good one for Neogamma.

either that or update with one of the latest guides and get a backup of your nand with bootmi installed

I just installed Neo Gamma 7 and it loads the games I had the 002 error with.
Seems reliable.
Only hiccup I have now is playing newer Wiiware games .
I install them but when I try to run then they just go back to the main wii menu .I think the newer games need v3.3 or higher to work.
Its only a minor issue anyway.
