setting latitude

hi all,

im new to all this so exceuse my ignorance, all my gear came today for my motorised, ive got a tm 2300 super motor and a triax TD88 dish, when i came to set the latitude on my motor (53 degrees) i though it all seemed too easy. then i fastened my motor to the dish and there is a second set of positions to mount the bracket, where do i set this without changing the angle ive bolted down on the motor.

The dish angle is not so important as you will probably need to adjust this to get the best signal,put at approx 27 degrees iirc but dont tighten it home
