Came across a listing the other day where the seller was claiming to have a substantial amount of premium/gold mobile phone numbers. I don’t know if all networks are the same, but mobile SIM cards are supposed to be disconnected after some period of inactivity where a chargeable transaction hasn’t take place. If that is the case, how do these people keep the numbers working for long enough to sell? Do they have an agreement with the mobile network provider or do they hook them up to some sort of mobile phone rig?
