Pork with mushrooms and ginger, Thai recipe.

Ingredients:

350 /400grams of lean pork
150 grams of mushrooms in jar
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon nam pla (fish sauce)
1 clove of garlic,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
20 grams of flour,
pepper
1 onion
1 fresh chilli

Method:

Cut the pork meat into pieces and dip in flour.In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté garlic clove. Raise the garlic and add the cubes of pork.
Stir-fry in the pan the cubes of pork for a couple of minutes then add the mushrooms.
Add the grated ginger and fry the pork with mushrooms for a couple of minutes.
Lower the heat and add the soy sauce, fish sauce and 3 tablespoons of boiling water.
Cook the pork in the pan mushrooms and ginger again for 1 minute or until the sauce you will be restricted.
Then sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and garnish with the spring onion and fresh chilli cut julienne and serve on plates.
