Picon updater on bh 0.1

Hi
I am missing the sky musical channel plugin.
I downloaded the plugin updater 1.2 into ftp tmp, installed it, box rebooted. Go into plugins. There isn't one named picon updater? Does this mean it didnt download properly?but I go into media scanner plugin, install the ipk file it say updated 0 file deleted 0 files but the sky musical channel plugin still doesn't update? am I doing something wrong?

Are you sure the picon creator has created the picon? You can't download something that does not exist.

I dont know rat did say he updated the file? How can i check

Rat's picon pack has the "skymusicals" picon there, it was added on 31/10/2016. You can check by manually downloading the pack.

Can you post a picture showing the problem please?

I could probably download the latest rat picon pack but i want the updater to work which i dont think it is as i dont have it in my plugins. I go into media scanner and install the file but nothing happens.

You stated that plugin is not updating the picons, but your problem is that the plugin is not installed.

Install it by "telnet" and it will show the error

Can you show me how to telnet the picon updater? Sorry to sound dumb

FTP the ipk to tmp folder
then open puTTy (telnet programme) and use this command

opkg install --force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk
