No listing in rats bouquet

Hi downloaded Dubliners back up image for vu solo2 one problem got all tv listings sat and cable ( got vu turbo tuner )installed rats bouquets all settings there ie sports---movie and so on but when you go to any of them on hand set programmes are there but don't work go to all programmes and they all work any one help please thanks F7MJS

Re run the rats updater plugin and see if that helps. Are the channel listings in the bouquets greyed out ?
