Need help with rqcamd on DM500

I live in Panama Central America and I am making some progress trying to decrypt services on Amazonas 61W . I now get a message on the screen when rqcamd starts and I see rqcamd on the screen following a channel change, but unfortunately no unencrypted video or audio.
I set the debug level of rqcamd to 3 and have been browsing the rqcamd log file. The problem I see is the lines about Unsupported Caid and control words not set see below :-
