I don't know if this is old news or not but you can find most CD cover inserts here :

http://www.cdcovers.cc/

I found it best to resize the images using Easy Cd Creator

your actully better using www.mega-search.net it's a search engine that also uses cdcovers.cc but alot more cover sites over the web, a better way of getting hard to find or not yet released dvd,vcd etc

forgot you can resize them by using your print manager to f/cover (w11.90) (h12.00 and back cover (h11.70) & (w15.00)

cd covers.cc is one of the faster loading cover sites but members.madasafish.com/~2000man/ is quite good if you cant find what u are looking for. One of the easiest cover programs for printing out and resizing is COVER PRO. I downloaded it at cdcovers.cc, not sure if it is still there.
