Looking to swap my laptop for gaming base unit

Hi all, i have a hp 6735s laptop and i am looking to swap for a gaming base unit. The specs of the laptop are as follows:
2.1 AMD X2 CPU
3gb RAM
ATI Gfx onboard
Onboard wireless / bluetooth
Inbuilt webcam

In good condition with vista home premium OEM installed.

I have a HP media pc M1000 i would swap, p4 3.0ghz processor half decent graphics card just put 500gb HD in and could up the memory a tad if interested let me know.
