a Turkish version of meatballs... try it and let'ms know..
The kofta is typically Middle Eastern ,preparation, are meatballs that are usually made with lamb or beef and lamb mixed together.
These Middle Eastern meatballs are very tasty and they taste very rich and full-bodied is attenuated by its Greek yogurt that helps give freshness to the kofta.
Ingredients:

FOR THE MEATBALLS

2 cloves garlic
Minced beef 500 gr
Onions 100 gr
10 g fresh mint
5-6 tablespoons olive oil
1 fresh chilli
Fresh parsley, 30 gr
Salt q.b.
Sausage 100 g

FOR THE SAUCE

1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Dried oregano q.b.
Tomato pulp 800 g
Greek yogurt 200 ml

Method

Wash the parsley and mint, cut the peppers and remove the seeds inside, cut the onion into large pieces and put all these ingredients in the bowl of the mixer
, driven a few minutes so that the mixture is almost creamy . Slit the skin of the sausage , and pull it away ; add it to chop and mix the two meat ;
joined also the compound of mint-parsley and onion and adjust salt.
Mix everything with your hands until the mixture is very smooth. With the help of a spoon taken part of the dough and form meatballs lengthening them slightly between your palms, heat 4-5 tablespoons of oil in a large nonstick skillet and let brown a clove of garlic, also joined the meatballs brown them very well first to one side for about 3-4 minutes, and then pinwheels with a gripper on the other side, must bake for 10-12 minutes. Once completely browned, set them aside on a plate warm. In the same pan in which you browned the meatballs, add the chopped tomatoes and another clove of fresh garlic, simmer a few minutes,
and then add a handful of dried oregano. Mix with the cooked meatballs and bring them blankets and heat for another 10-15 minutes. Serve the meatballs with their juice and a tablespoon of Greek yogurt.

My recommendation.
To further enrich the flavor of kofta with mint and parsley can also chop the cilantro and add a teaspoon of cumin powder, these spices will give a touch more Middle Eastern
preparation already very fragrant.
