Just about to mod my sons wii

Hey all
It's been a while since I've soft modded a wii but I'm just about to do my sons wii with 4.3 firmware
I'm going to be using the modmii wizard
I just want to know if there is a program like neogamma included in the modii wizard to play back ups from disc as I don't have a hard drive for it yet

yes, it has config usb loader
and will include it as part of the mod if you ask it..

Cheers mate, but isn't that for loading from an external hard drive?

ah, i misread your post...

yes it should instal a backup disk channel, but not all wii's can play backup disks.

newer wii's have a drive which cannot play backup dvds

It was bought in 2008, should it be ok to play from disc backups?

i think it it was 2010 when the drives changed but cant reme3ber.

there is a site that you can put your serial number in and it predicts what drive you are most likely to have.
