iPhone iPhone 5c wireless issues - will only connect when Im close to router

Hi guys,

Having issues with my 5c where it will connect to my wireless network but only if Im standing right next to it. If I walk away the network connection drops. Ive upgraded to the latest iOS and have also done a hard reset neither of which made any difference.

Has anyone had this problem? And is there a fix?

has anything been repaired on it recently ? i know you probably would have said it in your post but its the most important first question .. it will rule out allot

has it been exposed to water?, also is it still under apples 1 year warranty? you can check this by searching for apple warranty check. if its covered get it replaced.

if none of the above, open it up and check if the wireless cable has come off. Happened on my 5c when i dropped it. There supposed to be glued in place but they can come off
