id programer

i just brought an id programer from maxk*ng. and i cant get my pc to see the programer, im using fx software and even tryed mellenium is this the right software. i have also mad sure the com port is not being used by anything can any one help.

I have the same smart card reader/writer and have no probs. You will get no joy using the FX software as this is for the FX gold card programmer. If you require it for On****** cards then you will need to download and install MK4. Try using one of the other comms ports if you have no joy..
