now i need to have in the kit

Media Center remote control plus an IR "blaster"

now i have been looking but none of the web sites that i have find have said there comes with the ir blaster which i need as i am going to make a pvr and been told this is the best card to use

thk you but i have been told to get the pvr 150 one as this is the best one for a pvr setup
