Hi guys, just to help some people out who may require a new remote.
The "oneforall" universal remote which can be got in asda or tesco will work, i have tested this on 3 cloud iboxes and a vu+solo. i read elsewhere that the remote needed to be sent away for testing but that is not correct. Here is what to do:
Press the magic button for 3 secs and highlight the SAT option, you will see a blue light above it when selected.
Now press magic button again until it flashes a couple times
press 991 then then power button
now keep pressing channel + until the box powers off and press "magic" again to store.
If it does not turn on you need to go again and try again, it has normally taken 3 or 4 times for the remote to learn the box i.e the box had to power 3 or 4 times until it synced with the box.
I have seen a number of remote posts and thought someone might find this beneficial.

i should add i have tested the Essence 2 and 3 remotes.
