Flashing problem

Hi, I've tried flashing with ifa and boot manager, they both fail when flashing. ifa seems to lock up and boot manager goes into a loop tries 5 times them fails. The only thing i can think of is i've got the wrong ppcboot file or minflash, the file ppcboot i've found came as a txt file, i removed the extension, the minflash came as a folder with the following files inside.

cpAll.class
cpr.class
do
kabelbox.did
kernel
os
readme.txt
root

Do these seem wright, i have put these on the c drive.

Had similar flashing problem with my Dbox2, neither the flash assistant or dbox manager would work - the box just seemed to hang when rebooting and then the program would fail by timing out

IANBBB posted an alternative way to flash the box, I've put the thread below:

You just transfer the image to the tmp folder on the box by using FTP. Then follow the instructions given in the thread. Worked spot on for me in seconds.
