WiFi flashfxp not connection to my vu+ultimo

hi gys - for years ive always used flashfxp to transfer movies to my ultimo hard drive and watch movies on the tv. ive got an ultimo upstairs and one downstairs, trouble is i cannot connect to the one that is downstairs, ive checked the ip address, username and password, port number 21 and all is well, i can connect to my ultimo upstairs no problem but cannot connect to the vu+ultimo downsatirs, its not the software ie flash fxp as i get the same when i use filezilla...ive disable antivirus and windows firewall along with the wireless router firewall but still cannot connect..flashfxp keeps saying "connection refused"

I'm sure ive had that before and ended up reflashing the box to cure it

looks like ill need to reflash the box...and set it up all again..odd problem..
