error script.

let me try and explain whats happened. tried to install original nero burning on my pc, an error script comes up, i load it anyway. the problem is when i try and copy it loads the image but when i try and load blank media it does not recognize disc. ive tried deleting any old nero burning software as it comes preloaded with software. i do not know what to do? the nero burning software goes straight on my friends twp pc's. why does it not go on mine? i am trying to copy a disc, it loads the image the nero software is unable to detect the blank media i insert. the dvd drive will plat cd's and dvd's so i do not think its that. ive also tried checking the script bar tabs in internet explorer. any help would be greatly appreciated.
