Dreambox cable possibly

I have a dreambox 500s and rec bought a cable tuner.
Im giving this to a friend hopefull if i can get it set up.
The dreambox has commando on it and cccam2.21 do i need anything else.the connections on back are like an aerial connection do i also need special plugs.
Could i remove the f plug and put an aerial plug.
Sorry guys i know nothing about cable.
