Cloud ibox 2 plus problems

hi there,
I am totally not technology minded and I need help. A surge has gone through my cloud ibox 2 plus and therefore all comes up is the boot screen on the box.
I have also lost the usb drive to fix it and i wanted to know what I can download onto my own usb stick and how do i go about doing this?
Please use simple technology terms as I am totally 'green around the gills' about this stuff.lol
