Amiko Alien 2 and switching between E2 and spark

I know this is stupid and prob very easy to do, but can somebody tell me how to switch from E2 to Spark please

What do I need to format a drive so can download movies to please


is it Fat 32 or something else

Most images you have to turn off then switch on holding the ok button. when you see FORC press up for spark and down for E2 then ok.

Format your drive in EXT3 I use this software to do it but I would guess any would do. MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download.com

When formatted you need to mount.

Allow me to add another stupid question (before I do it) will I lose my spark settings when I boot into the E2 and then back into spark if im not happy?
