Have you done as manic01 requests mate? It always states patch no you are on together with the model no. within the System Information section - then we can suggest which patch you should be on !

thanks for the input holmroad in system info the details are
tm 5402 hdci super
s/w ver 1.09p which i have installed along whith add on file
h/w ver 1
i think i have it sussed now all i have to do is sort cccam config file more reading required i have a tm 600 which was so easy to get clines in but it has started dropping internet very frustrating thanks again for your help

Cheers Denis, but in my M3 System Details it states:-
Model:- TM5402 M3
S/W Version: 122p (July 14 2014)
H/W Version: 1.00
Boot Version: 2.90
Ch Version: F020
So you see it clearly states the 'model no.' as being M3, so as I haven't GOT an M1, are you saying we have to simply 'assume' that by process of elimination on YOURS mate?
i was told earlier that if no mk2 or mk3 was showing in sys info it had to be a mk1 tried to download software earlier it would not let it load so presume i have got the correct version i can see the 8120 menu with cccam listed but struggling to get it to work at mo
