Have you done as manic01 requests mate? It always states patch no you are on together with the model no. within the System Information section - then we can suggest which patch you should be on !

Cheers Denis, but in my M3 System Details it states:-
Model:- TM5402 M3
S/W Version: 122p (July 14 2014)
H/W Version: 1.00
Boot Version: 2.90
Ch Version: F020

So you see it clearly states the 'model no.' as being M3, so as I haven't GOT an M1, are you saying we have to simply 'assume' that by process of elimination on YOURS mate?

i was told earlier that if no mk2 or mk3 was showing in sys info it had to be a mk1 tried to download software earlier it would not let it load so presume i have got the correct version i can see the 8120 menu with cccam listed but struggling to get it to work at mo

Yes mate, that's quite likely, so we assume that yours has NO 'mark number' in that info but ONLY what you reported above?
So we assume from that that as at the time the Mark 1 (i.e. FIRST) model came out there was no need to number it - not until Mark 2!
