had real difficulty for newcamd to connect so subscribed to cccam server
kept getting status active but saying disconnected in the status bar in the settings
had many hours and emails to try to rectify this problem to no avail
thought I had done something wrong in the original set up so did it again and again

so I thought I would try this
in original set up it tells you to set DHCP usage to off which I had done on numerous occasions NOTHING
then changed to DHCP usage to on and ALL my c.lines were connected
hope this may help someone else as I could not figure this out
lots of head scratching and cursing

If you have DHCP set to off then you must input all the address parameters yourself ie ip address, subnet, gateway etc according to your network plus the DHCP on the router has to be off.If you have DHCP set to on(on the receiver) then the router will setup the receiver, much easier!
