I rebooted the box to clear it and see if it would come back up all I got is black screens, Then I went to check my lines and they are all saying disconnected. I contacted the guy who supply's my server and he told me there no problems with my lines. I almost did everything factory reset and still nothing.

back up your details and reflash your stb with the latest software.... if it wont flash by usb then use a loader and rs232 "patch" lead. regards mdt
