Help with TM5402 cline

Just purchased TM5402 with one month gift
opened cfs file it shows one server with newcamd setup
tried to change to new cline cccam
it shows connected but will not descramble??
help please
clines are active tried on another box

Working now, seems they take a while to kick in on 5402
